Rawle is a senior manager at the Field Lane Foundation, where he leads on fundraising and communications work for the charity.

Before joining Field Lane, Rawle was a director for the Honeypot Children’s Charity. Previously, he has held several senior fundraising roles, including at the Royal National Children’s Foundation (RNCF) and for the Treloar Trust, a charity providing education and care for young people with physical disabilities.
Rawle has been a trustee for the Reedham Children’s Trust for three years.  He was a trustee for NACRO, the social justice charity. Rawle was also a liveryman with the Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights and a school governor at the Bishop Wordsworth’s Church of England School in Salisbury.

In his spare time, Rawle sings in a choir and is a founder member of his local walking group.
