Merry Maids Croydon Foodbank drive in aid of Reedham Children's Trust.

We are delighted to announce that Merry Maids Croydon will be supporting the Reedham Children's Trust Christmas Food Appeal for the second year running.

Their amazing clients will once again donate food and toiletries for vulnerable children and their families in Croydon.

Many families will be struggling this winter. The cost-of-living crisis continues to impact the poorest households the most, many will have to choose between food or heating and for some families, they won’t have either. By partnering again with Merry Maids Croydon, we hope to provide over 100 vulnerable families with enough food to see them through the winter months.

Director of Merry Maids, Debbie Walker said:

"There can be no doubt that we are living in difficult and uncertain times. But we don’t have to face them alone. By working together, we can make a real difference and improve the lives of the people in our communities. That’s why Merry Maids of Croydon are delighted to be partnering with Reedham Children’s Trust to support people in and around Croydon through a food bank drive." 

Debbie and her team will be collecting donations between 15th-30th of November. 2023 We are asking for long-life food, toiletries, sweet treats and some food items that don't require the use of an oven. This includes:

• Tinned Vegetables
• Pasta and Pasta Sauce
• Tinned Meals
• UHT Milk
• Cereal
• Cup-a-soups
• Pasta packets
• Sweet treats
• Plus, Soap and Shower Gel
